How will we handle Multiplayer?

So i wondered how we can handle multiplayer as there is no Ingame browser like Genshin Wuwa ETC have, Can we maybe have a Megathread where we can share UID + Region to play together? I Assume with time there will be websites for that but for the start rn i dont see any other option.
