More on Ranked Choice voting at City of Appleton

The early birds at the clerk's office have posted the agenda for Common Council May 6th this morning (Sunday.) It may be their usual practice. The Rank Choice voting resolution is on the agenda as having come out of committee.

As of this writing and shown in the agenda (at page 6) Safety and Licensing has marked this for denial/ disapproval. Reasons or their discussion is not given and it is marked "Held" for the council. I do not know what that means.
