I’m genuinely super scared to have sex but also wanna have sex really bad, any advice?

So I (M22) know this is gonna sound weird coming from a guy probably but I’m scared to have sex. I don’t plan on just having a random hookup and if actually really like my first time to hopefully be with a girl that I’m dating and have a friendship with

The part that scares me i think is just how overwhelming it will be. It’s you and (in my scenario) a girl that I love so much (and she loves me too) and we’re giving our bodies to each other and trying to make each other feel good. Like I just feel like it is crazy to think about and I’m probably overthinking it but like idk
