Need help with RenPy Malware

Hello! Just got hit with the RenPy Loader malware but when I realised what it was, I cancelled it half way, not sure if my computer is safe, malwarebytes picked up two malware and got them deleted.

I have already ran through malwarebytes, Hitmanpro, windows defender and ESET (Still on going). Changed most of my passwords already too.
