Best way to contact ADHD360?

I'm trying to get in contact with ADHD360 but all routes seem to be somewhat impossible. I emailed them yesterday and got a response but my outlook then decided to refuse to send any more emails to them... ? I've rung in the past and been on hold for like 30mins just to have the front desk answer and be put in another queue and which point I hung up. Ive been on the live chat today for 45 mins and heard nothing.

What's the best way of contacting them? I'm concerned my dose is too high.
