Enforcement of Parenting Time - KS

Im facing a situation with my child's mother where she is not going to honor all of the required parenting time in a custody court order in KS. Im living out of State and doing this Pro Se so wanted to follow the directions. Im entitled to 6 weeks 2 in June, July, and August. She is only allowing 1 week in July and August. And has scheduled her for morning camps during what would be my week. My daughter is 9 and im just afraid she will continue to do this and limit my time to a greater degree as my daughter gets older.

My main questions are:

The violation hasnt occurred yet but will be coming up and want to make sure the im able to get the time (because she isnt allowing weeks in July as ordered) but has put up the calendar in OurFamilyWizard, showing the specific weeks and told me in person she will not honor the time. Am I still able to file the enforcement of parenting time (I do have prior incidents I can show where this wasnt honored) if the violation hasnt occurred yet?

Am I able to attach exhibits with my motion to enforce parenting time? The document only outlines the motion itself, service instructions, and notice of hearing to be served on her but does not contain info on attaching exhibits or evidence or even describe the violation in detail

She had an attorney in a previous custody dispute 2 years ago but im unaware if she is currently retaining an attorney. The form states to serve the attorney, if any. Can I serve just her since I dont know for sure or do I serve the old attorney as well from 2 years ago?
