Figured out research and Liturgical power dynamic!

Research should function same as are institutions working right now, basically once someone research it, it starts to spread and if you have common language it spreads faster or you can isolate research more.

However, other can also reasearch same thing and start spreading it around. You should also be allowed to block idea spreading.

And to make sure that this doesnt result in speedrunning reasearches, make them more expensive.

And based on chosen age focus have bonuss to that tree in reasearch speed and bonuses from country specific flavour, like Iberians having boost in colonial stuff or germans in millitary trees.
