Help me figure out my calorie maintenance

I’ve used TDEE calculators but I’m scared to trust them because I’m afraid of “messing up.” honestly my ideal goal would be to stop tracking calories altogether as I feel it’s taking over my life and all I think about is food. however for now I just want to focus on getting my calories up to my proper maintenance so I stop feeling so tired all the time. Ive been on a pretty large cut for a while and am really happy with how my body looks and what its capable of but now I can’t seem to stop.

Anyway I am a 22 year old male, 5 feet 7 and a half inches tall, I weigh somewhere probably between 123-133 lbs (it’s been a minute since I’ve weighed myself and don’t have the ability to right now but it’s definitely on the lower end of that) I have an active job 5 days a week where I am very often moving lots of heavy boxes, and I exercise every day (about 30 minutes of Pilates/core workout, then I usually do somewhere from an hour to two hours of cardio at home interspersed with weight lifting sets every five minutes during the cardio. so what is my daily caloric maintenance. thanks!

and if anyone has any advice on how to stop tracking calories altogether that would also be greatly appreciated I hate how much time and energy in my day to day is taken up by counting and recounting and being paranoid about what I will eat and what mistakes I might make.
