Help required -Pre Owned

I'm planning to buy a used 4a pro 8gb/256gb for 37k (390 USD)

i asked the guy the bill of the purchase and he send it. But in the end of the bill it is showing as Pre- owned

Should I go for it. Or be cautious.

Is there any complaint you are facing for 4a pro that I need to look out for while checking the device
