First Credit Card Recommendation

Hi guys! I am travelling to Europe at the start of next month and need suggestions to pick my first Credit Card. I started working last year and make around 1.5LPM, no previous credit history. I don't know much about credit cards but I heard you should choose the first card carefully as you don't want to close it (not sure how true and why?). Anyways, i need something primarily for my travel next month and need it in the next two weeks ideally. My salary account is in SBI, not sure if that helps. Thanks!
