Anyone from India here?

I got diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis a few months back. The doctor suggested me to avoid oiling my hair and to use a shampoo for that SEBOWASH (content-flucinolone acetonide ). But then later I checked online and came to know that its a steroid based shampoo and it can cause hair thinning on chronic use. So I got concerned abt that and I changed the shampoo to a ketoconazole based shampoo

But honestly it didnt help. My seb derm is not getting controlled and even worse i am having a flare up now due to this really hot summer

So if there is anyone from India here. Can u guys please suggest me the best products available in our country which I can use to controll this condition. And also is there any specific routine that u guys follow to keep it under controll

Some one suggested mct oil. But the doc told to completely avoid oiling the scalp so I am confused now
