People who switch companies frequently or atleast switched once could you please guide me on this?

People who switch companies every certain period of interval or atleast switched once , could you please guide me on this

Hi everyone

I am working as a support engineer for 1.5 years . I have built projects on React and am looking to transition to FE roles and want to switch company

I just wanted to know if my approach is correct or maybe I am doing it wrong

1. I collect the info of HRs via LinkedIn and then sent cold mail to them ( only few responded )

2. I ping the managers , HRs 1-1 , with the job id , my resume and a brief description but mostly ignored

3. I asked my friend for a referral, but he said my experience is bit less so it might not work

So I wanted to know what worked for you guys ? Did you guys try anything beyond this
