Finding a 2BHK in/around Wardhman nagar

Guys, I'm planning to shift to Nagpur in Wardhman Nagar. Any leads on the rental properties in that area?

Prefrence is for a furnished 2BHK in a good locality.

What other things should I keep in mind while finding a flat for rent? Also, what kind of rent should I expect for a 2BHK in that area?

Thanks in advance! 🙏🏽
