Recurring yeast infection

So basically i havent had normal discharge since around december when i slept w someone new. Ended up testing positive for urea p. and myco h. so i took 2 weeks of doxycycline and a few days of azithro after. The only symptom i ever had was abnormal discharge- basically bv and yeast discharge(no odour though) at the same time. This has never cleared until i did 7 days of lactic acid suppositories and it still ended up returning. Ive treated both the bv and yeast with their respective meds but still they end up coming back.

At this point, my discharge is (tmi warning) thin most of the time, but with thick white discharge only inside. Its really weird because it mostly stays inside and i only see it when i wipe. Has anyone had this sort of thing before?

Im aware my body could just be recovering from all the antibiotics but its starting to get to me.
