Xfinity home internet

Hoping to get help on understanding Xfinity/Comcast home internet pricing. I'm looking at getting into one of their 5 year contracts. I'm currently on a 1 year contract expiring soon. When I log into my account to shop for plans I am seeing a $70 per month price for a 5 year term. However, when I shop without signing in to my account I am seeing a $45 per month price fir 5 years. I suppose I am seeing an introductory price? Just looking to get the best deal. Thanks.
