Electronics and Computer Science at KIIT or Cse at ITER or if luck at SRM. Which would be better?

So SRM's results are yet to be announced and i think i might get Cse but without scholarship and all so 32-35 laks is way too much for me. I am getting Electronics and Computer science in KIIT and i think i might be able to get Cse at ITER. So which would be better?

And also can you guys tell me about ECE branch here? Like the placements, syllabus, students and what they teach ?
