Hiring Reddit UGC creators who know how to go viral [up to $3k/month]

We’re a US based startup looking for Reddit users who actually know how to write viral posts.

Not looking for generic content writers, we want people who’ve already cracked Reddit.

What you’ll do:

• Write and post high performing content (mainly in self improvement, podcasts, creativity/tools)
• Help us test angles, formats, and storytelling that drive engagement
• Iterate based on performance

Compensation:

• Paid based on performance (likes/views)
• Our top contributors earn up to $3,000/month

Requirements:

• At least 5 posts with 200k+ views
• Strong understanding of Reddit tone (not corporate, not cringe)
• Account with 200+ karma

Bonus if you’ve written in self-improvement / productivity / podcast spaces

Plus: you genuinely enjoy self-improvement content and are a podcast fan
