Help Diagnose my PC (Suspect power supply issue)

Behavior of Issue
-Every so often at completely random intervals, my pc would become completely unresponsive, the display would go black, and my tower's fans go full blast. The only way to get my pc working normally again is to do a hard restart.

This is a relatively new issue with my Costco prebuilt, what do you all think the problem could be?
