i want to stop my addiction

i have p*rn addiction im 12 years old. im so young and have a bad addiction already how did i get this addiction from the internet posing nsfw. when i first discover it, it felt good but overtime i said i need to stop but i kept going but super i mean super rarely i do not watch and goon to p*rn but it comes back i tried to not think about it but i got that feeling i need this to stop or else ill get caught please help me
