Any way I can avoid taking my meds? (NSFW and tw)

Other than spitting it out because my parents make sure I take it. And I’m pretty sure my psychiatrist is not going to stop the meds anytime soon because I recently relapsed in harming myself. But I really need to stop my meds because I can’t handle how they’re affecting my ability to do anything sexual. I’m thinking of getting back into hooking up to ease my loneliness.
