Are AirPods Pro 3 actually worth $249 ?

Are the AirPods Pro 3 actually worth ~$249 purely for sound quality, or can good midrange earbuds give almost the same experience?

For context:

• I mostly watch YouTube, movies, and listen to music
• I’m deep in the Apple ecosystem (iPhone, Mac, iPad)

i have used one plus neckband and Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro and price diff is huge between them but sound of one plus similar to buds 2 pro

So my question is:

• Would I actually notice a big jump in sound quality?
• Or is most of the value in ecosystem features (seamless switching, spatial audio, etc.)?
