WHAT TO GIFT MENNN (Under budget)

So my budget is 10-15k. Idk what to gift my boyfriend his birthday is coming.

I was thinking 3 things. A cake. Either handmade or fresh flowers and one good gift.

Cake will take around 3k? Flowers will cost the same I think, I wanted to make the straw cleaner flowers myself. Or get some fresh flowers.

About the third gift. I don't know what to gift him. He was talking about needing button downs. But I feel like anyone could get those for him, but again he would use them. (Lmk if you know any good online stores to get button downs)

And if not button downs, I was thinking a wallet? Hot wheels, or good shoes (thora out of budget hojaye ga), a perfume, a Marlborough shelf etc, or a handwritten letter (I can't be cheesy idk what I'll write in it)

If you have any idea what men love as birthday gifts pls lmk also should I just cancel the cake?? Idk HELP ME
