My Brother got banned from DonutSMP and can’t appeal the ban.

What happened was he tped to someone and was spamming /sethome really fast (he was trying to get a spawner from a trap), and it seems like the anticheat thought he was using a macro even though he wasn’t.

Now the problem is the appeal system:

We tried to appeal through Discord, but it says you need to link your Minecraft account to submit an appeal. Since his account is banned, he can’t join the server to link it, so we’re completely stuck.

I also tried making a new Discord account to appeal, but that doesn’t work either because of the linking requirement.

Any advice would be appreciated.
