Stressing over nothing?

Why do I stress over things that haven’t even happened?

I’ve noticed something about myself and I’m curious if anyone else feels the same.

I tend to get stressed over really small things… even before they happen. Like I’ll imagine a situation, and my brain just runs with it — worst-case scenarios, overthinking, everything. And the weird part is, most of the time those things don’t even happen.

It’s not like I’m dealing with something huge, but my mind treats it like it is. Even minor stuff feels heavy sometimes, and I don’t really know how to stop that cycle.

Do you guys experience this too?

How do you deal with stress that comes from your own thoughts rather than actual problems?

I’d really appreciate any advice or even just knowing I’m not the only one like this.
