What should I do?

Hello 18M and when I was 17 I lied about my age to a girl on discord saying I was 19.

(for the sake of reddit guidelines this story is fake. wink wink)

We had phone sex together and the next day I kind of ghosted her cause I felt really bad about lying about my age.

I saw a tiktok a couple of days later about coercion women into things like sex is grape, So I began to ponder if I coerced the girl on discord. Through the entirety of that day I felt sick to my stomach, so I had to ask her. I called her up and asked if she felt coerced and she told me “No I didn’t feel like you forced me or coerced, you were just persuasive. I was upset that you ghosted me cause you said you would talk to me” At the time she still didn’t know I was 17. I told her that a couple weeks later.

What do you guys think though? I understand what I did was wrong and Ill never ever do it again. I mean I’ve even known girls who lied about their to age to guys and did shit with them irl, but they just move on. Should I? I don’t maybe I need woman’s opinions on this.

Ive been worrying about this for a while now honestly. I even tried to run away from as a form of punishment but my parents found me.
