lark sublease. any dates between may 11 - july 22

i'm looking to sublease my room at lark. this includes a priv bedroom, priv bathroom, a balcony, kitchen and shared living space (my roommates are all seniors and are moving out soon as well). it's a great location to campus. ~15 mins by walk and ~5 minutes by the NS bus. it's a room close to the elevator with a great pool view. in unit laundry/dryer. the appt itself has a gym, pool, common rooms, great wifi etc

i pay 1257 which includes utilities and am happy to sublease for 1000/month. the room is available starting May 11 to July 22. if you need the room only for ss1, or you're serious about the place but the cost is a barrier we can work something out
