38 and possibly starting perimenopause
To start, this is the first time I've ever posted here. I'm 38, and I normally don't have much trouble with my cycles. Always on time, always the same. But this time it was different. I had my normal period, it felt a little lighter than normal but nothing that screamed red flag. It stopped and I figured that was the end of it, but then one or two days later I start bleeding again. It feels like a period, it vary from very light to medium light I guess. I'm doing my best not to freak out or just automatically go to worst case scenario but I am freaking out. I feel like it could be perimenopause starting? But I don't wanna just assume, and find out weeks/months later it's something bad. I'm scheduling a Dr. appointment of course, but I could use some words of encouragement or calm. I'm so stressed out.
