Should I update my nvidia drivers through windows updates?

I have an rtx 4060 laptop and I concerned with all the issues nvidia app can cause like performance drops, etc...

I heard that windows gives you the most stable updates for your nvidia drivers rather than the latest ones which is probably not a big deal for me since I don't really play high end day one titles anyways. Am just making sure if it's recommended to do it through windows instead.

And yes i know about NVclean install but I don't really wanna tinker with it.
