Cisive background check

I got an offer for an AI Tutor Software Engineer Specialist role at xAI.

During background verification, my ID photo was flagged as unclear, and it seems I only had 2 upload attempts. Support said xAI HR needs to check it before verification can even start.

Has anyone faced this before? Did HR reopen the upload step, and how long did it take?
