Concerns over ticket line

Hello all. After much struggles realizing I cannot secure a ticket beforehand or any other way, I am planning to arrive in Aguas Calientes the night of 31 May 2026 and the next morning of Monday 1 June was planning to get on line around 6-630am to get tickets for the next day, 2 June. My flight home is 3 June so I have one shot at this and didn't think it would ever be an issue because of this.....

I was pleasantly surprised to read many accounts in very recent weeks of people showing up on line as late as 8am and still being able to secure circuit 2 tickets. Some I read even grabbing tickets as late as 10am.

Now I am starting to read different in that tickets were completely 100% sold out by 10am and that lines are forming the night BEFORE. What the heck!!! At one point I thought I could even get away with sleeping a bit late and showing up on line around 7am, but now to think a decent queue is forming the night before?? What does everyone think? Nervous now.
