Elder gods (Mortal Kombat): With how utterly useless they are throughout the NRS games, allowing Kahn to invade Earthrealm and claiming he’s not violating any rules and they only act if he’s merging the realms (which btw they should absolutely know that’s his intention), not bothering to help in MKX or MK11, if they were secretly working with the antagonists it’d make so much more sense especially since at least two of the antagonists were elder gods themselves.

Bran Stark (Game of Thrones): Did anyone else just feel like in the last season that it was all a massive power play by him to become king? Considering his reveal Jon was a Targaryen caused a huge rift between him and Daenerys, the fact he never tried warning about the iron fleet despite his omniscence, and given he can see the future he supposedly saw what happened to King’s landing and did nothing about it. And in the iron throne episode he says “Why do you think I came all this way” when he is suggested as king, despite earlier claiming he “doesn’t really want anymore”

Jun-Ho (Squid Game): Between omitting such an important piece of info that could have allowed Gi-Hun to come up with a different idea (hiding his brother was the host of the games), never bothering to look into Captain Park’s background despite how suspicious a random fisherman who happened to be around the island is (and the fact his brother recently showed to have dark secrets), and his utter uselessness and the fact by the end he seems to accept blood money (in contrast to Gi-Hun who was disgusted by it) and isn’t seeming to try to help whatever Interpol investigation is going on into the island, if he was secret game staff it would have salvaged this F tier character.

Tyrion Lannister (Season 7-8 of game of thrones): Gave Daenerys nothing but the most detrimental advice which caused her to blow her massive lead over the Lannisters and lose major Allies, and it contributed to the white walkers going as far as they did, when he suggested bringing in a wight to present to Cersei (someone who’s notoriously treacherous and has no reason to agree to a truce). Unironically him being a secret Lannister spy especially with how he tries to get Jaime and Cersei out would explain a lot.

“Good guys” who are so detrimental/useless that if they were villains it’d explain a lot
