Advice? From a healthcare professional please? Or anyone with knowledge. Im a Pharmacy student. First DUI ever 30 years old in Georgia. No accident or injuries or open containers.

Question is towards middle to end. Here is brief background info.

Did a field sobriety test and he had me blow on the portable breathalyzer. He administered the breath test 3x then said i was over the limit and took me in. He did say a number but honestly i cant recall what is was. Definitely ended in an “8”. On my paperwork after bonding out it says i refused a breathalyzer which i did not i did it 3x. I hired a lawyer who specializes in this and she says she is pretty confident she can get it knocked down to wet reckless. I have no prior criminal charges (1 case dismissed when i was much younger and not alcohol related at all), maybe 2 minor tickets. Apparently the officer was suppose to read me something from a little green card and ask about a blood test too? Hopefully video footage shows that idek, but That NEVER happened. Not sure what any of that means or will mean. But anyway finally my QUESTION is … i am about to graduate from pharmacy school in less than 40 days. How much will this affect my career? Will this stop or delay me from taking my licensure exam? Should i wait before applying to see if something gets resolved or will the boards still let me continue to get licensed with explanation. Does it matter more if the charges are still pending if i apply? Will i lose my jobs? (I have 2 secured after school). I have no experience with this. Obviously i never plan to take that risk again. Just not worth the time, money, or stress or risk to myself and others. I learned a hard lesson here. Any health care providers here that have experience with this? Am i cooked or do i have hope.
