[Serious] Burnout

I have a friend who's been talking to me, I know he works with LLS, his been a bit on edge lately and I have noticed some signs of burnout and anxiety.

Now, I can't offer any kind of psychological help professionally, but I can refer him to someone, on the health system, because as I realised the pay and hours may vary, but I do believe he needs professional help.

Now, please answer only with your knowledge from having worked or currently at work in this company.

When people receive emails that seem to be sent to everyone, do these emails mean that they are pointing this at you specifically or are they general emails?

Do these emails can lead to termination of contract?

Can people monitor the calls and say that it was one interpreter in specific?

Do you get a warning or they just fire you on the spot?

I ask these because they are concerns regarding anxiety, I'd like to get a better understanding of this workplace in specific, because if it's just his fears that are leading to anxiety I want to advise to work on the burnout first, but if these are justified, I'd like to take a different approach.

Before you ask, no, I cannot ask him directly, as he said that are certain aspects that he cannot speak about.

I'd like to thank, in advance, to anyone that can answer these honestly, and I do apologise if I'm not making any sense, as I don't really know how the interpreting world works.
