Tesamorelin concerns before I start

I've been very curious about peptides for about twelve months now. At the end of March I decided to take the plunge and start on a Retatrutide cycle for what I intend to be twelve weeks. When I originally purchased my first batch of peptides, I purchased twelve 10 mg bottles of Tesamorelin. My plan was to acclimate to RETA over the first month and once I had felt comfortable with reta, I would then incorporate Tesamorelin into the stack to get the benefits of the visceral fat reduction.

Last night before doing my first Tesamorelin pin, I decided to do a quick bit of research specifically on Google Gemini about adding Tesamorelin into my Reta stack... And I feel like I came out of this with a bit of a reality check. I was told that by introducing a compound like Tesamorelin I would be fundamentally altering my endocrine system. By running a 12-week tessa cycle blind without having done any type of blood test prior, I could be at risk of developing a medical emergency specifically
- Impact on my insulin sensitivity, which I would be unable to feel. It's recommending that I get consistent blood tests to establish a baseline. Otherwise I could potentially put myself into a diabetic state.
- It also referenced my IGF-1 levels and danger of tumor growth.
- Lastly growth-stimulating peptides can sometimes increase red blood cell count, leading my blood to become too thick and increasing the strain on my heart and risk of blood clots.

How can I mitigate these risks? Is everyone taking these peptides just accepting of these risks, or are you consistently running blood tests, monitoring fasted insulin levels and involving health care professionals at every step of the way.
