Any SaaS startups in India billing to international customers from India?

Hi founders, almost all SaaS companies primarily building from India seem to have another/parent entity in US or SG and all receipts go there. Especially when selling to international customers.

Are there any SaaS companies that are selling to customers internationally and billing them from India? Is your billing self-serve or are you raising invoices manually?

If self-serve, what payment processor are you using?
