Looking for second opinion on this combo deal to jumpstart my new build

What do you guys think of the above combo? It is pretty expensive, but these days I'm not sure that is the worst problem I have with it. I'm not sure I want that case and PSU. Specifically, I have a few things that I'm unsure about:

1. The motherboard is ASRock and the CPU is a 9850x3D. Are there still issues with this combo?

2. The RAM. I've been looking for a bundle that has 64gb of memory, but it looks like this memory is configured for Intel XMP, but they're selling it with an AMD motherboard/CPU combo. Will this cause issues? The reviews are full of people saying they can't get advertised speeds and it will crash if they run it with AMD, but there are one or two people saying they can decent speeds (6000MHz) with their system. I'm willing to tinker with it, but not sure if I should wait for another bundle to come along.

3. The PSU. Checked PCMR tier list and saw it was C+. Might not be a good idea?
