American Home Shield and their partnership (NW Sundance) is a scam.

I had an issue with my tub faucet, they sent out someone to "fix" it but improperly installed the spout so I called them to come back to fix the spout but they wanted me to pay to fix their mistake. There was no argument with them, they would not fix it unless I pay to fix their mistakes.

After accepting defeat, I called American Home Shield back to fix another issue that arose about 1.5 years later, the technician said that the previous technician used the wrong parts to fix the faucet...so of course I am calling American Home Shield and NW Sundance to fix the problem but they pretty much told me to go fuck myself.

I've AHS for about 8 years and only had to call them to come out maybe 4 times, I think I'm the stupid one for continuing. I should just put money away.
