Whats the scope of CHEATING in 2nd exams?

so yeah i am giving my exams in idr one of my frnds after exams told me that he will score 90 percent atleast but he was not the studying type litteraly failed chem in 11th but after results he told me he had an arrangement w the principal of his centre and they provided him a answer key with the question paper. i was expecting 80-85 and got only 71 (phy&chem ne marli) but abhi kuch bhi krke 85+ laane padenge kisi bhi haal mai. So is there anyway to do anything like that should i go talk to the principal, what should i do?
