Concerning warning from Gemini overview when trying to reverse search with Google Lens??

Just a throwaway post here because I just would like some clarity and reassurances. I hope this is the right place for it because this is stressing me out.

Yesterday I was trying to reverse search an image I obtained online via a thumbnail of a NSFW video (I wanted the whole video not just a clip) from an adult site. Now of course, the woman in said image was clearly a fully grown woman and it came from a highly moderated and popular site.

I tried to reverse search it by using the Google Lens feature (Holding the home button on my phone whilst looking at the image and scanning the image to search for it across the web), then it came up with an explicit content warning message on the Google overview box from the Gemini AI after the search. I thought nothing of it so I had it scan in a zoomed in version of the image to capture her face and below, only to the top of her chest line for a more detailed search, then I got hit with a CSAM warning message on the Gemini overview??

Naturally, this made me panic and frankly, disturbed me that such a thing could even be considered from the Google Lens search from said image so I tested it with another image (This time a screengrab from a NSFW Reddit adult video) then same outcome. Full image got just an explicit content warning then a zoomed in version of just the face down to the chest line then got hit with the CSAM warning.

My questions are, is this a regular occurence and have I put myself into trouble because those two latter warnings showed up when they absolutely should not have?

TLDR: Went to scan two NSFW images of two seperate adult women from a couple of adult site sources via Google Lens and for no reason, after the first regular explicit content warnings from the Gemini overview I got wrongfully hit with CSAM warnings on the overview upon attempting to scan zoomed in versions of the same images.
