What if Cersei loved Tyrion?

I don't mean she loves him the same way she loves Jaime, no thank you, but the same way Jaime loves Tyrion, caring about him, being miffed Tywin is a prick to him, not blaming him for the crime of being born, that sort of thing.

Other than that, is the same Cersei, self indulgent, narcissistic, stupid, always scheming and being really bad at it, only she doesn't sabotage Tyrion because she likes him.

How would that change the plot?
