Guy next to me was pleasuring himself during Micro exam.

Hi. I go to a school in central nj. The guy next to me was genuinely wanking his ykw while taking the frq portion of the exam. I know you can report cheaters on the exam but is there a place where i can report this? The guy was a curly haired kid i have never seen before anybody from my area know who he is?
