Medicare Part B not being covered anymore

Hello everyone, I’m writing this to see if could get some help for my mother. She lives in Massachusetts. 67 years old and retired receiving SSI. She only receives about $550 a month for retirement.

She recently got a letter in the mail stating that Massachusetts will no longer cover her Medicare part B and they will deduct $202.90 from every paycheck.

We feel like this is extremely unfair considering the little amount she gets paid.

Has anyone sealed with something similar ?

I will fill out a form SSA-561-U2 for her but would appreciate some help with it if anyone could provide it.
