My neighbor seems to know when she’s being watched (clairvoyance?)

TL;DR: My neighbor consistently looks at me whenever I look her way, even when she shouldn’t be able to see me.

I live in an apartment, and across the street (around 100 feet away) there’s another building. In that building, there’s an older woman (probably in her 70s) who lives a few floors below my level. For her to look toward my place, she’d have to tilt her head up.

Recently, I started noticing something weird… One night I was out on my balcony just looking around. At some point my eyes passed over her balcony, she was sitting there looking down at her phone. Then within a few seconds of me noticing her, she suddenly lifted her head and looked straight at my balcony. Not scanning or looking around, just directly at me. Then she held that gaze. It felt weird, but I ignored it and assumed it was just coincidence.

Then the next night it happened again, but this time I was inside, in a completely dark room with the lights off and the window closed. From the outside, my window would’ve looked pitch black. I walked in to grab something, then randomly paused and glanced outside. She was there again, this time sitting with a group of kids eating pizza (probably her grandkids). The moment I looked in their direction, she turned her head and looked straight at my window.. No scanning, just a direct shift of attention toward me. She kept looking until I looked away.

At that point, I stopped thinking it was a coincidence. Out of curiosity, I tested it a few more times. Whenever I passed by the window and saw her in her usual spot, I’d look at her. Every single time within a short delay she’d look back directly at my position.

The last time was this morning. I was in my kitchen, behind a one-way mirror, so from the outside it just looks reflective, you can’t see through it. I was cooking, then casually glanced toward the window. She was there again. Within seconds, she looked straight back at me.

I’m now convinced this grandma may have some kind of psi ability (heightened perception, clairvoyance, or a similar thing).

Has anyone come across people like this before? I’m curious whether this is an inborn ability or something that can be developed through practice using programs like the Gateway Tapes.
