How do I do this?

How do I get partnerships? I have no clue what to write, how to pitch, what specific brands. I want to make this work and have good camera skills with an energetic personality but don't know how to use it. I have a portfolio, email template, but do I post on my account everyday or what do I do? What brands work with people who only have 460 followers and how specifically do I pitch? I just joined TT shop and about to get my amazon shop created. Any help, tips, or advice is much appreciated.
