Just realized zombies follow your light in DL1

Maybe I’m loosing my mind but I was doing the voltage quest and I turned on my flashlight while in the safe zone and noticed the zombie seemed like they were following my light. Where ever I shined it, they would walk over to it. Kinda blew my mind and made me realize how much detail they put into this game
