connecting iphone to apple music (windows 11)

I'm having trouble getting my Iphone to show up in the apple music section. When I plug in my iphone, I can see the pictures stored on it, but when I check Apple Music, I can't find an icon that would show me my phone. How do I connect my iphone to apple music on Windows 11?
