Getting back into modding

I exclusively used to use Kiddions Modest Menu, and I did get banned once for using an outdated addon script I think. The main things I used the menu for was teleporting which I don't care too much about, and some cash making methods mainly nightclub safe reset, casino slots, and bunker instant sells. Since Battle Eye got added, I haven't modded at all and grinded legit which I'm tired of. I mainly just want to get all of the cars in the game and customize all of them.

Are there any menus that still work on current expanded and enhanced build? What would you all recommend? I've seen a lot of posts about Cherax / Yim in this sub, just wondering which would be better for my case. From what I can tell, Cherax has the $0 purchasing option which sounds perfect.

Also any new usage tips / guidance / limits to be as safe as possible throughout this would be awesome.
