how do i track singpost in the uk?

hi all, hope everyone is well! i was meant to receive a package from singpost but wasn’t home to receive it. online tracking says the parcel has been delivered to a collection point and will be held for ten days but i have no other info at all other than the tracking number and country code as GB

does anyone know how i can find my parcel? has anyone had an experience similar? im really confused on what to do, ive been trying to find it for a few days now by ringing usps + local post offices but no one can help me
