CASTING CALL — INDEPENDENT SHORT FILM

Currently casting for the lead role in a psychological horror/drama short film planned for festival submissions and screenings.

Looking for a Male Actor (18-30)

A quiet, emotionally isolated young man who documents his life through recordings and online videos. Over the course of a single day, he forms an unexpected bond with a mysterious stranger who hires him, slowly getting pulled into something far darker beneath the surface.

The film focuses heavily on atmosphere, natural conversations, emotional realism, and psychological tension.

LOOKING FOR:

• Naturalistic acting
• Living near central Trivandrum
• Someone comfortable with subtle/emotional scenes
• Malayalam speaking preferred
• Prior acting experience is not necessary

PROJECT INFO:
This is a completely independent self-funded passion project being made by myself (a student). Since this is my first project and I'm funding everything myself (equipment, travel, production, props, etc.), so I unfortunately cannot offer payment at the moment.

I'm mainly looking for people who genuinely love cinema and want to collaborate on something creatively ambitious and festival-oriented.
