Visiting Amsterdam May 23-26

I’m from Taiwan and will be visiting Amsterdam solo from May 23–26. I’m looking for some recommendations on non touristy spots—cafes, neighborhoods, bars, etc. I’d also like to check out the nightlife a bit.

If anyone’s down to hang out or show me around, I’d be up for that as well.
